Fish is an important source of omega-3 fatty acids. Generally ferrets love the taste of chicken and are carnivores that need nutrients of animal origin. Their diet demands food with a high protein content and a high fat content, which are both features of Versele-Laga Complete. Taurine is a sulphurous amino acid contained in animal products and essential for the functioning of the heart muscles.
